neobloc provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for residential association administrators to automate accounting, meter readings, and resident communication.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of neobloc, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• The accuracy and legality of the data you upload to the platform.
• Ensuring you have the necessary permissions to process the data of residents and owners.

4. Accuracy of Calculations

neobloc provides tools to automate and simplify calculations. However, the final responsibility for the accuracy of monthly boards and financial reports lies with the administrator. We recommend reviewing all automated outputs before publication.

5. Limitation of Liability

neobloc is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service.

6. Termination

You may stop using our service and cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to neobloc for violations of these terms or non-payment of fees.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union member state where our company is registered.
